This face shield is designed for use during live working or in close proximity to live parts. Its construction provides protection against the effects of electrical discharges, minimising the risk of thermal and mechanical injuries.
The set includes a visor holder that allows the shield to be mounted on Portwest PS53 and PS54 safety helmets.
The product meets the requirements of EN 166 (1 B 3), EN 170 (2C-1.7), GS ET 29 Class 2 (8-2-2), ANSI/ISEA Z87+ (S), ASTM F2178 (ATPV 14 cal/cm) and NFPA 70E (PPE Category 2).
